Our Perfect Fit & Return Policy

 

At Busted Ladies Lingerie, we believe everybody deserves the perfect fit. To help you find your ideal size and style, we offer complimentary and professional bra fittings. We highly encourage trying on all items in-store with our fit experts before purchasing to ensure complete comfort and eliminate the need for returns.

If you do need to make a return, we gladly offer store credit or exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

If gift cards are purchased, they are not eligible for return, exchange or cash back. These gift cards hold NO CASH VALUE and can only be used in store.

 

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Timeframe: In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date. Pertaining to online orders, Busted Ladies Lingerie must be notified within 7 days of delivery date. Please note that all items are shipped via trackable means. Items must be shipped back ASAP. Purchasers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Bras must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all retail tags attached.
  • Hygiene: For health and safety reasons, bras must be completely free of deodorant, perfume, makeup, body lotion, or odors. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
  • Final Sale Items: For hygienic reasons, all panties, adhesive bras, bodysuits, swimwear and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Our quality control department has the final say on all eligible returns and can be denied if the above is not met.

 

How to Return:

  • In-Store: Bring your item and original receipt to our boutique.
  • Online: Email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued and displayed on your customer file.
