Primarily designed to keep clients abreast of what’s happening at Busted Ladies Lingerie, as a proud member of the Ponoka Chamber of Commerce, (www.ponokalive.ca) and an active supporter of the community of Ponoka, we use this site to promote many events being held in & around Ponoka. Sherry is the current President of the Ponoka Ag Society (www.ponokaagsociety.ca) and Vice-President & Fundraising chair of the Ponoka Agriculture Events Centre Society (www.paecs.com). BRA RECYCLING
In keeping with our Corporate philosophy to recycle, reduce & re-use whenever possible, Busted encourages you to recycle bras that still have life left. These recycled bras will either be donated to a thrift store, or added to the collecting done by another Alberta firm each fall, also in support of Breast Cancer. Stay tuned for an exciting new “Recycling Opportunity,” we’re just finalizing the details.
BUSTED HAPPENINGS
With summertime, comes rodeo-time. Ponoka is home to Canada’s largest 7-day Stampede, which runs June 27 – July 3, 2011. This year it’s the 75th Anniversary, and the theme is “the Wild Wild West Show of ’36.” There’s lots of excitement for all ages, check out all the details at www.ponokastampede.com.
BUSTED has entered the Ponoka Stampede parade for the past 2 years in the “Non-Commercial” float division, and each year has been awarded a First place ribbon. We’ve totally redesigned our float for 2011, wave when you see us. Be sure to check it out on Parade day.
We’re proud to co-sponsor Tim Haroldson’s wagon again this year; cheer this great wagonmaster as he drives around the figure eight & races for the finish line, with the BUSTED Ladies Lingerie tarp proudly displayed.
THE YEAR END EVENT is now on at BUSTED. There’s special pricing on most things, check out our expanded line of lingerie, and find great deals on the last of our Athletic & Casual wear. Hours during Stampede are: June 27, 28 & 30 – 9:30AM – 5PM, June 29 – 1PM – 5PM (Parade Day); July 1 – 10AM – 5PM; July 2 – 9:30 AM – 4PM, July 3, 12Noon – 4PM.
